The week started off pretty slow. As usual, I had my cardio workout in the morning, swam for a while and stayed in the sauna for about ten minutes to start. We had scrimmage in the evening so I wasn't able to do much else in the evening after practice. I retired early, around 9:30 pm to get a good start on the next day.

Tuesday morning I did a light weights session before leaving for Kamloops, British Columbia for a camp for kids. I really enjoyed myself and had a fun time with the kids. I returned home on the night of the 15th.

By Thursday, it was back to cardio in the morning and then an evening scrimmage. I saw my masseur which really helped get a few of the kinks out. On Friday i lifted weights in the morning and played soccer and scrimmaged in the evening. My strategy was to turn everybody on the bottom and it worked pretty well.

I'm now off to the Canadian Athlete of the Year Awards from the 19th-23rd. It should be fun. I'll have to be disciplined to get my workouts in while I'm there. I will see you next week.
